My time there was really lovely. The location was ideal, for example, Discovery Museum was at a moderate distance from the hotel. The queen room was gorgeous with a view of the river. I loved its staff, everyone was amazing friendly.

Nice comfy base for travelling to Newcastle upon Tyne and exploring local places. The rooms with a bath, a proper sized bed and a great bathroom. They offered us extra bed, nice touch too. It was a short walk to Mimo, where you can have lunch.

We would return there, if we come to Newcastle upon Tyne. Air conditioner, a private safe and a mini bar were provided for a really great stay. A gym was a big bonus too.

Decent base for 1 night. Really enjoyed the CORDIAL atmosphere and the breakfast was excellent. For tea or coffee visit pink lane coffee nearby. The superior king room was good sized, had a minibar, an ironing set and a satellite TV. Moreover, hotel offers public parking, that's a great advantage.
Our bed was not great.
